It was a time of limited inventory, but she sought to expand our options by identifying homes that were not on the market, but met our criteria, and reaching out to the owners. Once we found our new home, Kerri offered helpful advice in the negotiating process and also in dealing with all the details up to closing. We hired an architect who needed to do some work on site. Kerri, on several occasions, provided access to the empty house and sat on the floor with her computer while the architect did her drawings. All this- with no hint of complaint. And it was so helpful to us- transitioning from another area- to have Kerri provide recommendations for service people and even doctors. Kerri is smart, hardworking and very low drama during a stressful time. She says she loves her job and that is obvious. We feel lucky to have found her to shepherd us through our home search. I didn't deal with the business. I only dealt with Keri Stretch, real estate agent, who did a wonderful job advertising my house and helping me get through issues such as an undersized septic tank in the middle of a pandemic. She was always available for showings and always gave helpful advice about things to do to make house show better. Because of pandemic, our closing took place a week after we left for Florida and Kerri checked the house out every day for us. We worked together for almost a year (held up 9 months because of septic tank issues) and she did a great job!. I totally recommend her.
