Kerri Stretch Is an outstanding realtor. She was a great help for us at every stage of the home buying process. We lived out of state during our home search and Kerri always managed to be available exactly when we needed her- despite our short visits to the area. We were especially impressed by her proactive efforts to find us a home. It was a time of limited inventory, but she sought to expand our options by identifying homes that were not on the market, but met our criteria, and reaching out to the owners. Once we found our new home, Kerri offered helpful advice in the negotiating process and also in dealing with all the details up to closing. We hired an architect who needed to do some work on site. Kerri, on several occasions, provided access to the empty house and sat on the floor with her computer while the architect did her drawings. All this- with no hint of complaint. And it was so helpful to us- transitioning from another area- to have Kerri provide recommendations for service people and even doctors. Kerri is smart, hardworking and very low drama during a stressful time. She says she loves her job and that is obvious. We feel lucky to have found her to shepherd us through our home search.
